Futbol with the Professor or Drinks with the TF?

Earlier this week Eric Neumayer, my professor for Environmental Economics asked if anyone in the class wanted to join his team for a 5-on-5 indoor soccer game today, and I signed up. Then, Jonathan Colmer, my TF, asked if any of us wanted to get drinks with him at The George, a local pub. Jonathan tries to connect with the class and is nice but often a little too annoying and quirky, so I decided to stick with the futbol plan. After section I walked up to the gym, met the other guys, and started to play.   My team was Eric, his friend Alex, 2 other students from the class, Mohammed and Stefan from Amsterdam, and myself. I haven't played soccer in a long time, and Eric seemed a little worried about my ability, but once we started playing it was fine. I even scored a goal and my team ended up winning! In the last 10 minutes there were 2 injuries, as one of the LSE kids went down with a pulled leg muscle and Alex noticed something pop in his knee. Overall it was a fun time though, and hopefully I got an in with Eric for when he grades the tests!
